Are you familiar with the bestselling book called “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck”? Isa ito sa mga pinakamabentang libro ngayon, and it's easy to see why—especially in this day and age. Alam mo ba, research shows that many teens today struggle with their self-image, lalo na dahil sa social media interactions.

We believe that the best way to combat the struggle of being affected by what others say about us is to be grounded in what God says about us.

And I’m telling you, hindi ito madali.

Today, let’s start with this verse:

That’s good news! That means at the very core of our identity is this truth: we are children of God. And no matter what other people say about us, hindi ito nagbabago—anak pa rin tayo ng Diyos, na mahal na mahal Niya tayo at hinding-hindi Niya tayo pababayaan.

Write this on a piece of paper and stick it somewhere you can see it every day: “I am a child of God.”

Tandaan mo, isa kang miracle!

Isa kang miracle!
