New Year’s Eve na mamayang gabi! May mga party plans ka ba, or spending the night with family?

This was before Facebook and digital calendars that remind us of people’s birthdays.

I really believed I wasn’t sentimental. Baka dahil din noong panahong nanakawan ako ng cellphone o camera, at nawala ang kopya ng mga photos that were actually very important to me. I thought I shouldn’t be attached to things apart from God.

Bakit ko naikuwento ito? Because in the last year or so, I’ve learned that God likes my depth and intensity—after all, He’s the one who created me this way. And I want you to know that who you really are is exactly who God made you to be. Hindi mo kailangang mag-pretend to be someone else for God to love you.

Let’s read this aloud:

(Salmo 139:13 ASD

Nakikita mo ba? This New Year’s Eve, let’s take a moment to notice and appreciate the unique gifts God put inside you.

Tandaan mo, isa kang miracle!

Isa kang miracle!
