Gusto mo bang maging maligaya?😄

Do you think the more you consume, the happier you'll be? Pero alam mo ba that the “good life” that we often seek can sometimes be found where we least expect it?
Sabi Niya, "The last will be first, and the first will be last. (Matthew 20:16) “ At ito pa, “Those who exalt themselves will be humbled, but those who humble themselves will be exalted. (Matthew 23:12)”
Tingnan mo ito: sa Acts 20:35, sinabi ni Jesus, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Do you know what it means? It means happy, fortunate, or well-off.
What’s interesting is that research in the social sciences shows that Jesus is correct! Generous people are actually happier people. They’re healthier. Kung mapagbigay ka, you’re more focused on personal growth. Mas maganda yung relasyon mo sa iba. At kung gusto mong mabuhay ng matagal, there’s research showing that generous people tend to live longer. And get this, isang pag-aaral pa ang nagsabi na mas madalas daw silang tumawa!
Sabi nga ng mga tao, hindi kayang bilhin ng pera ang kaligayahan, pero may relasyon ang pera at kaligayahan sa isang kakaibang paraan: it’s not in buying things for yourself but in giving to others–this is where true happiness lies.
Friend, can you think of one way to be generous, even to just one person, this week?
Tandaan mo, Friend, isa kang miracle!
