Breathe, . Give room for yourself and others.

Publication date Ene 3, 2026

Honest talk. Meron ka bang mga hang-ups in life? Well… sino ba naman ang wala? Even as we want to be loved for who we are, alam nating may mga kailangan pa rin tayong baguhin sa sarili.

But here’s the challenge—minsan akala natin na dapat magbago na tayo kaagad for people to love us. That’s why we get frustrated when we keep running into our failures, at natatakot tayong mawala ang mga mahal natin sa buhay dahil sa mga kapalpakang ito.

We learned something important these last few years: true transformation comes with a combination of three things—grace, truth, and time. Kung tagasunod ka ni Jesus, ang truth ay ang mga kailangan nating malaman about God, about life, about sin, and about ourselves, to live to our fullest potential. Grace is where we practice healthy relationships and give each other room to fail, to be fully ourselves.

Pero minsan nakakalimutan natin na ang totoong pagbabago takes time—sometimes slow, painstaking time. True transformation is not just about external behavior; ito ay nagmumula sa loob.

As we near the end of our series this week, let’s read this passage:

Nakatitiyak akong ipagpapatuloy ng Diyos ang mabuting gawain na sinimulan niya sa inyo hanggang sa araw ng pagbabalik ni Kristo Hesus. (Mga Taga-Filipos 1:6 ASD)

Nakikita mo ba? Si Lord mismo ang magpapatuloy ng mabuting gawain na sinimulan na Niya sa atin. Kaya kahit na lumalabas pa ang ating mga weaknesses, we can be confident that He loves us just as we are—and we can also love one another just as we are, while trusting that He is working on our transformation with us.

Say this to yourself:: “Grace, truth and time. It’s OK if it takes time.”

Tandaan mo, isa kang miracle!

Isa kang miracle!
